Brand New Look

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008

Here it is – a brand new look that funkypsychedelics.net deserves. It is uplifting and cheerful, just like Red Hot Chili Peppers and their music make me feel :) I hope you all like it.

More updates coming soon!

A Small Update

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

I have a short announcement, I hope you all find interesting. I just added videos from Red Hot Chili Peppers concert, Green Fest, held in Indjija, Serbia on June 26th, 2007. Video footage was filmed by our national television – RTS, and you can see all video clips here. (they are from youtube and the quality is not great, so if you wish to download you can go here and download the high quality ones from invisible-movement.net.

I hope you enjoy this little update. I won’t be adding any more multimedia for now as I want to think about what more pictures and/or videos I want to add (if any), and how to put it all together. Either way, stay tuned!

Update On Tony Woolliscroft Photobook And Website Updates

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

The new Tony Woolliscroft photobok is due October 24th! I can’t wait! You can already order the book or have a peek inside on the new website www.redhotchilipeppers-book.com. It is looking great. I will leave you with a couple of pictures and a small introduction taken from the website itself. Enjoy!

Me and My Friends: Red Hot Chili Peppers focuses not only on amazing pictures of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and unseen images of Anthony Kiedis, Flea, John Frusciante and Chad Smith, but the personal stories behind each picture. It is packed with unheard anecdotes and a genuine insight to the Red Hot Chili Peppers band, not just through Tony’s lens, but through Tony’s eyes…
Features exclusive Chili Peppers pictures, plus special foreword from drummer Chad Smith.

UK photographer Tony Woolliscroft has been on an incredible journey with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. For the best part of 20 years he has been following and documenting this indestructible band from their early gigs in the smallest venues, to secret shows and record-breaking stadium tours, including Mothers Milk, Californication, and Stadium Acardium.

Website Updates

  • Gallery section is updated and now contains even more pictures, is easy to navigate and above all, looks nice, all thanks to awesome wordpress plugins.
  • Miscellaneous section is also completely changed and now you can find even more Red Hot Chili Peppers related wallpapers, and brand new things, such as: fonts, photoshop brushes and avatars
  • I still owe you some video material, and I promise to get that ready very soon

Transfer Is Done

Wednesday, October 1st, 2008

Hello once again and welcome to the new and improved Funky Psychedelics.

As you can see now my website is completely powered by wordpress, which makes navigation and updating much easier. Anyway, I won’t talk about tech stuff. Take a look for yourself, I’ll just point out what I have improved/changed so far:

  • Side navigation is simplified and yet connects everything much better than it used to.
  • I have added a search box so you can search EVERYTHING inside funkypsychedelics.net including posts.
  • I am also going to improve the gallery section (it’s not working at the moment), and I am going to add a few more pictures and am planning to add some video material too – will do that tomorrow
  • and one more thing: I have included a ‘share this’ plugin at the end of every post so you’ll have the option to share the post with your friends and anyone you think might be interested.

Thanks for visiting and sorry for not being able to complete everything tonight, this is definitely not my day…
